As you make your way along the cobbled streets, and breath in the wonderful scent of Jasmine, take a moment to enjoy the vibrant pink bougainvillea that hangs from the beautiful terracotta roofs. When you step onto your terrace at 79 Sunbeam the view will take your breath away. It is a wonderful area with comfortable outside sofa, modern bean bags and marble dining table. Many hours can be spent taking a leisurely breakfast, reading a book or simply watching the boats sail across the bay to Kalkan harbour. After a hard day of relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sunbathing platforms, sight seeing or undertaking the more energetic activities that are available, there is nothing better than enjoying the kalkan sunset from you own private terrace. A wonderful spot for a sun downer or pre dinner gin and tonic! Sunbeam is a two bedroom property, constisting of a twin bedroom and further double bedroom, studio style behind the lounge area. It has wonderful traditional Turkish features including exposed stone walls and beautiful fireplace. The property has recently been renovated to a high standard and we pride ourselves on attention to detail. It is possible to sleep 6 but is more suitable to sleep 4 people. Both bedrooms are comfortable with a Wardrobe in each and Draw Space. A Hairdryer is provided New Fully Equiped Kitchen including:- Full Oven and Hob, Fridge, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, all variety of Crockery, Glasses, Kitchen Utensils, Pots and Pans, Iron and Ironing Board. The Lounge has Feature Fireplace, Sofa Bed, Single Sofa, Sony CD/Radio, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Books and Board Games, Tennis Raquets and Balls. The Terrace has a 2 Seater Sofa, 2 Bean Bags (that can also be used inside), a large Marble Dining Table with 4 soft chairs (there are 2 additional chairs for extra guests). There is an Air Conditioning unit in the main area with additional wall fan in the Twin Bedroom. The apartment is built from natural stone and therefore keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. If you have a laptop wireless internet access is available around the hotel and pool area All bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided during your stay. If your stay is for 2 weeks or longer there is a weekly linen change and clean. Please note that the Patara Prince Resort and Kalkan are a hillside. Due to the steps around the resort it is not recomended for the elderly or persons in a wheelchair.
