Villa Facilities
Sunset 12 is a large duplex villa and sleeps up to 6 people.
The
master bedroom has beautiful wooden floors and ceiling, handmade
furniture including:- Double Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Draws,
Bedside Tables. It has its own Air Conditioning unit and own
private Ensuite Bathroom. It has a wonderful Feature Fireplace and
stunning views over the bay to Kalkan Harbour. A Hairdryer is provided.
The
twin bedroom also has character wooden floors and ceiling,
handmade large Single Wooden Beds, Bedside Tables and a Walk In
Wardrobe. The twin room also has its own Ensuite and Air
Conditioning unit.
For additional guests there is a new Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge.
In
the Lounge there is a Double Sofa Bed which seats three people and a
further Double Sofa, there are 2 extra Wooden Chairs in both
upstairs bedrooms and 2 chairs at the Breakfast Bar. There is a Feature
Fireplace, Air Conditioning, Turkish Rugs, Satellite TV, DVD Player,
Board games, Books and Tennis raquets, Table Tennis Bats
The
covered terrace has a Table with Four Chairs and a comfy Sofa.
There is a stone BBQ and the villa has lovely views.
The
new kitchen has Full Oven and Hob, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery,
Glassware, Cooking Utencils, Pots and Pans. everything you need
for a family holiday.
The villa benefits from a ground floor Toilet and Washing Machine. An iron and Ironing Board are provided.
If you have a laptop Wireless Internet access is available from the area around the hotel and grand pool.
Bed
linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own
beach towels or alternatively they are avaliable for hire around the
swimming pools on the resort.
If you are staying for two weeks your bed linen will be changed and the villa cleaned after the first week.
Please
note that both Patara Prince resort and Kalkan are on the
hillside. Due to the steps on the resort we would not recomend
this holiday for the elderly or those in a wheelchair.
